Live Lowes we finally found a small chest freezer
Went in to pick out a storm door and pick up an online ordered door. Heidi and Tim in the windows and doors department were extremely helpful. Tim went as far as walking us to the front register when we had an issue trying to check out in his department. He also went and found our online order and helped us load into the truck. Diane at the checkout register went above and beyond trying to help with a credit card issue and helping us pick up our online order. These staff all went above and beyond and were SO friendly!!!! Highly recommend this Lowes. Staff are absolutely wonderful!
As a military vet, I love the parking. It is a main factor in my shopping as many stores price match nowadays. Service is always good. And the help will ask other employees if they don't know about a certain item. Real people work here!
I can always find what I want. Prices are comparable to other places, but I know where things are and can find them rather quickly without help.
The first thing I liked and noticed was they had sales people on the floor to help you find things and answer questions. I thought the store was very well organized. The prices were very competitive an even lower in some instances. I used to use Home Depot for all my indoor outdoor projects I was doing but I think I like Lowe's a lot better. I went with my brother to return something and it was no-questions-asked policy. There were plenty of registers open so there was hardly no weight at all. I have to give them 5 stars.
