My fiance went in today to look at sun glasses because he needs a new pair. He walks in and there are 2 girls working and neither of them acknowledge him walking in. They are just chit chatting away about visiting their moms. He tries on about 5 pairs of glasses and one of the girls finally acknowledges him and asks if they could help him. He tells the girl what he's looking for and that most of them pinch his head. So they suggest a pair and he tries them on. He tells them where it's pinching and the girl says they can make them wider. So she takes the glasses and sits them on the counter and leans over the counter and starts playing on her phone......he stood there for a few minutes...still on her phone. So he walks out. Horrible horrible customer service! Never go there!
Kinda expensive and not a lot of good selection.
Employees were helpful and patient, and had a great selection of products available in stock.
The sales person, Will, who works at this location. Was totally blind sided by how helpful he was. Will definitely be back to get another pair just based on helpful he was.
I just wanted to make management aware of this. My sister and I, both college students, went to your store in the Capital City Mall to buy two pairs of RayBans because of your deal whereby when you purchase two pairs of sunglasses you get the second one for $40 off. When we walked in, the only employee working at 6pm, June 2nd, was helping two older women purchase sunglasses. She was very attentive to them and helped them for approximately 10 or more minutes. They left the store with out making a purchase and my sister and I were the only customers left in the store but despite this, she totally ignored us and didn't offer any help making us feel like our business was not at all valued by your corporation. Consequently we left without purchasing any pairs of sunglasses. We will be hesitant to take our business to this store in the future.
