I never had any issues. Staff was friendly when I called and one day I lost my badge and Tony was very helpful. (Luckily I found him that afternoon)

Great location to the Amtrak station and even better prices! Paid $15 for 3 days (validated the ticket at the Amtrak station). The lot is HUGE. Parked under a light to make sure I felt safe walking back to my car at night. I can see how walking under the small overpass would be a little sketchy to someone walking alone, but if you’re swift and walk with purpose you can make it from the station to the lot in about 5 minutes.nnDefinitely would park here vs the parking deck. Who would pay $30/day when you can park for $5??!
