We were here this evening for an event at the Forum across the street. On exiting it turns out the line at the kiosk to pay was all the way across the street and down the block with the single exit door only able to handle one car at a time leading to another long line. After waiting for an hour we decided to take Uber home. Now we have to pay $30 to bail our car our from this garage tomorrow morning. As this is the closest garage to the Forum, why couldn't they have event parking flat fee? Recommendation never use this garage for an evening event if you want to get out that night. Parking is free after 5 PM at state employee designated spots all around the Forum--as we later found out.
We sat stuck in the garage (after a crowded graduation with hundreds of other people) for almost 2 hours with very little assistance. Ruined a great night and once in a lifetime event for our family and many other.

Right in the middle of the city, n expensive as hell....
Garage is locked after 7 PM. There is only 1 pay machine for the entire garage. Machine was malfunctioning & so was the machines at the exits. We paid at the pay station & when we went to exit the machine said we still owed money even though we paid the full amount. There is no attendant on-site so we were backed up & stuck in the garage until an attendant finally made it down to garage. Extremely frustrating.
