GREAT customer service from RAVENNA. I called with a question, and she went up and above to provide alternative options for my ring - which I was able to purchase with her help as well as AMY'S. This has been a refreshing experience to have this level of customer service. Y'all deserve a raise. Thanks so much ladies!

I just got engaged! My fiancé got the ring in February so they said that we needed to get it cleaned this month. We have been calling and calling to see if they are open and no one will answer the phone. The website says they are open but when we go to the mall the gate is closed. How can I get my ring cleaned if they don’t answer the phone or have the gates closed when they say they are open? Highly annoyed!

Zales Camp Hill Mall Location.nnLet me explain my experience to all. Was dating someone and right before Covid 19 he bought me a ring. During Covid we got engaged and married. When I tried on the ring it was a size 7 not a 6.5 and therefore does not fit. I waited 3 months and called other jewelers who told me I could bring in the ring because it was not the correct size and because it was never worn. (Tried on once and haven’t worn since). I got a call from the manager. I can never reach the store unless I make an appointment and he said that they are not allowed to take any jewelry from a customer not already in stores. Why can other jewelers provide me with a ring sizing but not Zales. The best that could be done is that I could receive a phone call when sizing is able to be done. It starts at $40 other places to get my ring sized but at this point might be worth going somewhere else. Again the ring has never been worn. Extremely disappointed that they are unable to help us at this time. My happiness is definitely worth the $40 it would be somewhere else to get my ring sized.

Stopped in to look at men’s wedding bands. Benjamin (the store manager) greeted us immediately and invited us to sit down. Benjamin was very informative and took great care to answer all of our questions and provide different options. I was amazed at how personable and inviting he was.

Good selection & fair prices for the style in which I was interested. Even more remarkable was the personal attention, confident advice, non-pushy sales approach and generally awesome customer service I received from Brianna. She obviously loves her job and serving her customers. A very pleasant experience resulting in a successful purchase of a lifetime.
