Piercing Pagoda

Excellent piercing pagoda, best one I’ve ever been to. Clean, friendly staff. Had my ears pierced here and they were very gentle and informative. Highly recommend!

The lady who helped me was super nice and I loved her opinion on the placement of my new piercings. She explained everything so I could understand. She also gave me options when buying. she gave her opinion but still respected what I chose for the earring and cleaning solution.

I went to the mall on Monday April 16th around 2pm because it was my girlfriend's birthday. Worse customer service I have ever experienced at Pagoda as soon as we approached the Kiosk we had to ask for help at least 2 times before they would get off their cell phones and acknowledge us . Repeatedly ask for help and got the worse response and worse service ever. They couldn't answer any my questions and they were very unprofessional. Long story short we left and bought something very nice from Pandora. I will never buy or shop at Pagoda again.

Sheila always makes sure I'm taken care of, she will go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy! I can walk up to the counter and be called by name. That is always welcoming! They have really decent jewelry, especially for the price. But always get the insurance. It's well worth it.
