Kay

We came two weeks ago at 6:10. They were closing. We tried last week and checked checked Google ahead. It said closing at 7. We called, they said sorry we know, but we close at 6. Today we rushed to arrive at 5:45. They are closed with a sign saying ’Closed 3-6...Sorry’. Sounds like all convenience for Kay, no convenience for customer.

Terrible customer service. Every time I walk into the store nobody ever greets me they don’t want to talk to you unless you make a purchase.

Jessica is the most knowledgeable and helpful employee that I have ever dealt with at Kay's. She took the time to merge my old accounts and find paperwork 3 other locations AND customer service told me they couldn't find. Then she took the time to show me all of the jewelry I wanted to see and sold me some lovely pieces even though other people were there trying to talk to her. She deserves a raise and a promotion!

Ever since I moved here in 2000 I've gone to no other place for jewelry but for Kay's at the Capital City Mall. It was and continues to be an excellent shopping experience, great rewards for returning customers and quality merchandise.nnHonestly, you won't find more knowledge, understanding and easy going folk then you do at this Kay's location. Just stop in and ask a few question's, they won't pressure you to buy but they will treat you as if you were.nnOh, and ask about creating custom pieces if you want to really see how this staff shines. Definitely happy with the services I had. She how important this ring is to me and how quickly I need it back. She's doing everything in her power to get it back in time. So happy with her personality and understanding!!
