I went to the Mountz across from Colonial Park Mall. I always have an amazing experience when I go there. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They respect your time and give you as much or as little as you need. I was in a rush and they took care of me and got me in and out while providing outstanding customer service. I want to personally acknowledge Jennifer Nicole, my sales rep, who did a fantastic job taking care of me! They have earned all of my business!

Giving 5 stars for sure. The service here is fantastic. I met with Jake and Juls and they were both amazing. They always cared about us first than making a sale which was Huge for us! They helped me create a one of a kind Ring that is unique to us but perfectly withing my range. Always showed me a low mid and high end prices and let me adjust accordingly!nnBeyond Grateful for the experience here and my Fiancee loves the ring!

Just recently got engaged and my fiancé got my beautiful ring from Mountz. Everyone was super helpful when we needed to have it re-sized, and the ring looks amazing! Great customer service, and they got my ring back to me quickly after re-sizing. Definitely recommend Mountz in Camp Hill!

My buddy and I went into Mountz in Camp Hill to have a watch battery swapped and straps replaced. Not only were we greeted by the very pleasant Jessica, but while she was swapping my battery and checking straps, a gentleman Sam took us for a tour of the store sharing stories of beautiful pieces and very happy to answer any questions us non jewelry people had. Incredible experience and 10/10 customer service. As a none jewelry person, I will be taking all my watch and jewelry question and help to these guys! Thanks again Jessica and Sam!

I had a bracelet that needed re-done. They made it better than I expected and put a touching verse on the inside..I could have saved myself some money if I would have gone to Mountz first. Thank you Ashley! Love it! Tawnya
