Went in to the store for first time as it was recommended by my sister. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and ready to assist. I was just getting a simple repair but the team made me feel very important. First Tracy, and then have since met Sam, Kristin, and today Lydia helped me finding another part of my item needed repaired. I will go there now for all my jewelry needs and repairs and highly recommend Kristin and her team! Awesome customer service! And the nicest people you would ever want to meet!

I had a wonderful experience working with K Novinger Jewelry to repair and restore a sapphire ring. The ring was originally purchased twenty years ago and worn every day since. It held great sentimental value. When I lost the center stone, I took the ring in. The staff understood how important it was to fix my ring and offered me options on a replacement sapphire. I was able to hand pick the stone. I trusted their expertise and knew my beloved piece was in great hands. I am thrilled with the restored jewelry. It looks brand new! Great experience from an amazing jeweler.

Fantastic jewelers and people! I had an engagement ring custom designed, and it was an absolute blast. Worked to keep my price exactly where I wanted it, and had plenty of options for stones and design styles, and numerous meetings to see and examine everything under a microscope. Everything turned out perfectly. Cant recommend Novinger's enough!

All-around excellent! I’m so glad we went here! Shopping for a bridal set- went to all the normal chain jewelry stores and had an okay experience- but K Novinger beats all. The customer service, selection, staff experience and personal attention cannot be beat. They have a “mix and match” kit that allows you to actually select different bands with a variety of shapes and sizes of diamonds to see and design your own ring, the way you want it and still at an affordable and comparable price to pre-made rings. They made excellent recommendations, but were never “pushy”. Can’t recommend them enough.
