Found what I needed - Again.
Mark at Lowe's today was beyond fantastic! He helped me in several different departments from windows to heating to electrical. Super personality and vast knowledge base. I love that he didn't have to hand me off to a different associate when we changed departments. I sure hope Lowe's is paying their employees above a living wage, bc it would be a shame to lose an exemplary customer service specialist like Mark. He deserves a raise on his next review!
Good store if they have what you need in stock and you can walk it to the cash register. But for online and site to store pickups, plan on waiting for at LEAST an hour for them to get your materials to you. Of the five or six times I’ve ordered online, only once did things go smoothly. Not sure why I keep thinking things will be better next time.
Typically lowes. Some employees are awesome, others are just there for the paycheck. You'll know the difference if you ask a question. They parking lot (specifically the Pro's Parking) is really screwy. Not sure why they messed with it. Kinda made it less useful in my opinion. Just like the rest of you... I'll still be going here when I need something.
Aisles are kind of tight for carts around the tools area but their tool selection aren't too bad. Some staff are friendly and helpful if you find the right one.
