Fantastic selection with a great variety of styles! My salesman, Jim, was patient and helpful, giving me time to explore on my own and then answering my questions. Add in lots of fabric choices and upfront pricing and I highly recommend stopping in.

Our sales person Judy was very helpful and the delivery guys Joe and Brian were awesome. They went above and beyond exceeding any possible expectations.

Today was our first time at Sofas Unlimited. We were immediately greeted as we walked in the door by Jim. He was a great help and explained the layout of the store. He wasn't pushy and didn't follow us around the store like some other places we have been. When he came to check on us after a while he was able to point us in the right direction of what we were looking for and it was within our prive range. The whole experience was great. The selection there is huge! Thank you Jim and Sofas Unlimited for an overall enjoyable experience.

Edit: talked with them am getting a full refund and changing my rating.nNice salesman but the order was a disaster. Ordered a sofa chase and ottoman. We knew backorder times were really long because of covid no big deal. So we wait three months for our couch and are told our ottoman won’t be available for awhile. Get the couch and there are no holes drilled for the legs as the instructions suggested. Called in and they sent someone out within a week, fine. Keep in mind my entire order was supposed to be delivered and assembled at my house. I kept my cool and waited on my ottoman. They call about the ottoman and have me go and pick it up from the warehouse? The ottoman is not great for our set up something I feel the salesmen should of probably helped us to understand before selling it to us but our bad. But upon closer inspection the ottoman is damaged so cool we’ll return it and get our money back. I call in and we now have to return the ottoman to the warehouse (no pickup) and we now have to pay a $90 restocking fee on a damaged item that would have never been accepted if delivered and assembled as per our initial order. The ladies who answer the phone for the Camphill location are just plain not pleasant at all to do business with. Lesson learned don’t ever buy furniture from sofas unlimited again. They’ll make you pay $1300 for a couch that’s incomplete and or damaged and make you hoof the thing around and spend $100 on nothing.
