Not the best customer service or friendliness. High prices. Don't see them lasting long!

RUN AWAY! DO NOT BUY A KENMORE FRIDGE FROM SEARS! We bought a Kenmore refrigerator and in less than six months, it stopped keeping things cold. We had to schedule FIVE different service appointments and have spent HOURS on the phone only to be told we would have to go TWO MONTHS without a working fridge. We asked to get a backup mini fridge in the mean time to keep our food- that was a no. We were offered $20- LAUGHABLE! We have lost HUNDREDS of dollars in food alone not to mention HOURS and paid time off trying to get this thing fixed. By the way.... it is still not fixed and we are not allowed to return it. RUN.

There's few staff members, but they are amazing in customer service. Cheers to this store and specifically Tina being outstanding for my family.

Service was okay, but they dont keep hardly anything in stock appliance wise.
