In store experience was excellent. This was my second bed purchased in 13 years. Satisfied with sales team at store. Delivery was a joke. They made me take professional delivery. Delivery guys came late and just wanted to leave. Their only priority was getting done for the day. Said the bed wouldn't fit up my stairs. Sleep IQ app wouldn't work to control the bed. The pump was defective. My wife and I had to lug it upstairs ourselves and now are forced to wait 2 weeks for a new pump and installation. Customer service for all this was horrible. They said very sorry, nothing we can do. Paid out the nose for this bed and Sleep Number doesn't care about how they treat customers once they get their money. Consider customer experience after your purchase before you buy a bed. I'm sorry I didn't.
I recently bought a Sleep Number pillow & absolutely love it! I am feeling sleeping better with no pain in my neck. Thank you Sleep Number!
It was the greatest thing I have every experienced as far as a bed. The comfort is phenomenal
Due to the Health crisis going on dealt with a Sleep Number rep over the phone - courteous & professional - nice experience. Ordered set of sheets - received within time frame I was told. The sheets however are a bit scratchy & stiff - for sheets that cost well over $100 I would expect a softer, better 'quality' of material - only 3000 count - be careful when ordering if you like softness to be sure exactly what quality you are getting.
Tom was amazing. He helped me find my bed and gave me so much knowledge that I haven’t even considered about a bed purchase. To top it off he even helped me carry all my purchases to my vehicle. Couldn’t of been more happier
