I would give ZERO STARS if I could. I will never give this company my business. I can not wear a mask. I entered the store without a mask. The friend I was with had a mask on. The sales people said nothing to me about not wearing a mask. The sales person that waited on us said nothing about a mask, until she realized that my friend was purchasing a piece of furniture and I was not, at that moment she demanded I leave because I did not have a mask on. It was fine to be maskless when she thought she might get money from me, but not fine when she realized I was not purchasing that day. That was my first time in the store, it will be my last. RIDICULOUSLY RUDE. BTW the prices are way to high for the quality of merchandise. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Awful experience. You can cut the tension in this store with a knife! I've been waiting so long to replace our furniture after a natural disaster took out half our house and all the furniture stores have been closed. My husband and I were wearing our masks. My 5 year old was not because he is autistic and does not keep it on. The sales person said the manager said he has to wear one so we put it on him and I said if it makes your manager feel better, he is exempt, but we will try to keep it on him. She proceeded to chew me out about him still being contagious even with a disability and demanded to know what his disability is. She said there are no exemptions. You can demand that I wear two mask, it's your store, but please don't lecture me, especially after I put the mask on my son as you requested. I just want to buy some furniture. I am kind of glad it happened though because NB leibman is just up the road. They have way better prices, a bigger selection and the atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant. UPDATE: thanks for the response, CEO, but you completely missed the point. My son was wearing the mask and your employee was DEMANDING to know what his disability is. That is none of her business. We left because of the nastiness of your employee not because of a mask.

My husband and I recently purchased a home and needed some new furniture. We stopped in one day and were greeted immediately by Beth Good. She helped us purchase a new king mattress, an entire bedroom suite, and a complete dining room set. We also purchased several accent, and console tables, home decor, and a beautiful chair for our living room. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Delivery was stress free and went very smoothly. We were dreading furniture shopping due to horrible experiences and run around pricing games but we both feel like this is by far the best furniture store around!

I bought three items at Interior Home in Camp Hill. My sales associate, Beth, was really great. Deliver of the items was great and on time. However, in about 15 months, a section of the couch I bought broke when my tiny sister sat on it. The springs ripped away from the frame and are resting on the ground. I called IH and navigated through the voicemail to get to customer service and left a message. No response. I called again. No response. I went to the store and Beth was able to get customer service to call me. They stated it was no longer under covered under warranty and I would have to pay for repairs. I have no children and no large pets. A couch should not fall apart when a 120 lb woman sits on it. I asked to speak to someone else. She told me a gentleman would call me back. Once again, no response. Now I need a new couch and this one is less than 2 years old. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the product, it was their line, and the lack of response from the customer service department. I gave 2 stars because Beth is a great employee and I enjoyed working with her.
