The sales representative, Lisa, helped me pick a high-quality mattress within my price range that is amazingly comfortable and appropriate to my body type. She was friendly, well informed, respectful of my price limits, and never pushy in any way. The assessment to match you to a mattress type was free, quick, easy, and helpful. I am extremely happy with my purchase, which includes the boxspring and free delivery during which they set it all up for you in your bed frame. I highly recommend Mattress Warehouse and will definitely return the next time I need a new mattress!
Lisa and Nicolette were amazing, they helped my son pick out the perfect mattress and adjustable platform bed. Lisa took the time to go over all of the mattresses he was interested in and then let him try out three he narrowed it down to. She also coordinated the delivery and setup. Thank you Lisa and Nicolette for being so kind and patient with us, we will definitely be back to buy the beds for the rest of the rooms from you guys.
Lisa was exceptional! She helped my girlfriend and I find the exact mattress we wanted with an adjustable base! She offered many financial options, cost options, warranty options and even waived certain fees. We got more for our money than anticipated. The store was clean and provided a disposable sheet to lay on. It also had a bed analysis machine that told us exactly what our bodies needed. She was helpful and supportive without being overbearing, gave us space but was very personable, kind and friendly. Great experience!

It's been 20 years since I purchased a new mattress.....Kind of wish Bed Match was around back then! Nicolette, salesperson, was most helpful. Never lost her sense of humor as we carried on a conversation through our masks. She did not make me feel rushed and I felt quite comfortable trying beds again.nAlso, when I laid on my side and Nic said my spine was straight .....that clinched the deal. ALSO who knew that they now make half box springs for queen size...LOVE THAT
