Great experience! The “pick your bouquet” experience online was so easy, and I loved receiving the email with a picture of the actual arrangement and the ability to call if I wanted something changed. This was followed up by notification of delivery. All of this allowed me to order with confidence and know the flowers received were exactly what I wanted to send. The recipient was delighted...and so was I!
