Brought in a ring that had been badly damaged after getting smashed in a door. I wasn’t sure it could be saved but the owner was so confident he offered me a personal guarantee that if it wasn’t satisfactory it would be free. He was able to get it looking like new! He checked all of the diamonds after two fell out. He quickly reset and secured all of the stones. He cleaned another ring for free while I was waiting. Great customer experience. Thank you for great work!!!

Came in with an engagement ring that was a size or two too small. Mike (the owner) did an amazing job on the resizing, cleaning and buffing, and he also tightened a diamond that was loose saving me a lot of time and money. On top of that he got all of it done within an hour. Definitely going back for any of my jewelry needs.

This is not a fake review! My friend went there recently and they messed up her ring so badly she had to drive to Seattle the next morning to get it fixed! They wouldn’t listen to what she wanted and loosened all her diamonds! She couldn’t even wear her ring!!! She also mentioned that the owner was very rude and did not listen to her at all and ignored her calls! She had to call off a different phone, how unprofessional!
