Pacific Crest has been my insurance agent for a few years now. The agent responds to my calls and emails quickly. He actively works to keep my premiums low. I highly recommend him.

I'm new here and was not familiar with the insurance terms. they charged me 150$ as commission fee to setup my insurance (which it's supposed to be free and I could do it online as well). and they gave me a very high rate for minimum coverage.
