If I could give zero stars I would. I have never been to a facility where I have felt so uncomfortable in a professional setting. The staff who assisted my mother and I was very impatient and would roll eyes when we asked a question that was misunderstood. The needs we went into there for were fulfilled but not without feeling like we were a burden to have done buisness with.
