Phone call didn't go the well, not did the on-site visit. Called to a number of places, and this one was more expensive. I'm not sure how they run there business, but there are NO negotiations. Not only that, they treat you like you're to just have over your money with no say so what do ever. I don't care what kind of business you are. If you just expect to be handed money with little explanation, and no wiggle room at all, then you aren't a business. You're something else. The has slowly become the norm. I'm 30 years old, and see this. People just accept it, and that's why businesses get away with robbing common people. Take a look at Walmart, Home Depot, your internet company, your cell phone company. Anyway, before I get too off track, don't just bend over for prices/rates or whatever ride they're called. Look around. Don't rip people off, but don't get ripped off either. Let's stop being sheep because big corporations, or the government tells us to.

I have used this place many times over and will be using in the future for may storage needs. Jen the Manager is easy to work with never had a problem with this place.

Buyer BEWARE!!nI would not goto this place for your storage needs. I drove from Virginia (most south part of Virginia) and I took my storage out at the beginning of the month. I forgot to take it off autopay on my Chase account and paid them by mistake and now they will not refund my money. They will rip you off however they can. DON'T GO HERE!! Buyer BEWARE!!
