Cobblestone Cottage and Gardens LLC

I would choose zero stars if that were an option. I have utilized Cobblestone in the past (twice) and both times my orders were less than satisfactory and nothing like the $80-$90 arrangements I had chosen. I’m not a completely unreasonable person, I understand that some substitutions might happen but when I’m paying such a substantial amount for flowers that will die in a week or so, I expect that the company will at least take enough care to make them look somewhat similar to the expectations they set forth. Initially, my call was returned by a young girl who had clue what she was doing or the first idea about customer service. She made no apologies other than to offer information that florist who made this arrangement tends to make arrangements on the skimpier side and she would send out another the next day by the owner and she would make sure it was worth what I paid. I obliged and was appreciative but they still were nothing close to the bouquet I had picked. If you’re not able to make them similar, don’t post pictures online to choose from because that becomes my expectation (not to mention I paid for the premium bouquet and it included about $30 of flowers). I still wasn’t happy so I was offered mwindchimes.... SERIOUSLY?! I didn’t order freaking windchimes, I wanted the bouquet I paid for. In any case; I specifically went through 1-800-flowers this time (my third time ordering flowers this year) so as to not have to deal with Cobblestone again and I think these pictures can speak for themselves. If you ACTUALLY THINK this is ok by any means, go ahead and place an order. I for one, will never use Cobblestone or recommend them to anyone I care about.

I ordered a gift basket for my cousin, for her 60th birthday. It was delivered on time and it was gorgeous! I will use them again in the future!!

I placed a order for Mom for Mother's Day. My Mom loves pink roses so I ordered a 18 pink roses in a beautiful vase. She received them today. Mom let me know that she received them and even sent a picture of them. They are so gorgeous. They look a lot better in person. I am very happy that I placed a order with them. Everything went smoothly and the roses are just perfect. I will be back again in the near future.

Any arrangement that I have ordered is always better than what I imagined it to be.
