We stopped by this place for basement carpet & a hearthstone for the fireplace. This was after having a very negative experience at the 2 big name stores in town. The selection of different flooring products at Cost Less Carpet was incredible!! The prices were great & the staff was knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. We were glad we came & wont be going back to those big name stores for our flooring needs.
Love the price here!nnI had a great customer experience the first time I was there but second time I called after explaining I was a returning customer the associate was crotchety... attitude and even ha going up without a “your welcome or goodbye” and I could hear frustration in her voice. 12:16 May 1st 2020. Maybe she needs someone to ask her if she’s ok or get a customer service adjustment.

Best Carpet store in Yakima. Always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and the best prices on quality products. We have purchased carpet and vinyl of different quality levels for various reasons and have always been very pleased with our purchases. I always recommend them.
Drove 30 minutes to purchase some carpet. I walked in and the guy upfront did not greet me. I was in there for 10 minutes and no one greeted me. Nobody acknowledged me. I walked upfront to see if some one would help me and the gentleman was on his cellphone. Left the store unhappy. Will not recommend this store to any of my friends and family.
