The product they use is quite good, the people who come out and do the work and very nice and competent... however, I paid a fair amount money to have my grass weed free, where all I have to do is mow it. My 15 month old loves running in the grass, it's been 6 weeks now since the last treatment, the weeds are very quickly over taking my grass again and they aren't the nice normal weeds, these are spiky and very painful to step or fall on. I understand with all the COVID things happening that services may be slow, but there was no problem accepting my full payment up front. In my world of customer service, there isn't any room for variance or any perception of inadequate professionalism, so I expect that from people I deal with as well. My first phone call lasted 9 minutes with a promise of a call back... that never happened, today's phone call was almost 10 minutes to tell me that it would be another 1.5 weeks before they can come out. I'm not pleased. Now I am in my grass, pulling weeds that shouldn't be there, so that my son can run and play without getting poked... something isn't adding up for me. I was generous, I think, with the 3 stars, it could have easily been 2 or less.nnI was contacted within 30 minutes of posting this review which is awesome! Senske Yakima has assured me that the problem was a miscommunication and they are going to quickly fix my grass. Thank you for your very timely response and correction! Now that’s the customer service I was expecting

My Birch trees have been looking really bad the last several weeks. I had a couple Company's come by and thy wanted to spray them. They said it was aphids causing the problem. I thought I would find a company that had a tree guy that would actually spend a little time checking my trees out. I called Senske after my sister told me to call them because they have a Arborist at the local office. I called and spoke to Senske and they sent him out. He immediately said you need to give these trees some deep watering. He pointed out the problems and showed me pics and gave me some reading material to read about my Birch tree. I would like to thank Senske for spending sometime on my property without being forced to try to buy something. Thanks Again!!

Senske has done a great job on my lawn. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of any of their offered services! My lawn is greener than it’s ever been. Got rid of my wasp problem as well.

awesome company great customer service and good quality work

I received quotes from three tree/lawn services in Yakima to remove two dead trees from my yard. Bruce Moore arrived early to provide my estimate. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Ultimately, Senske provided the lowest bid for doing the most work(other companies bid was higher for doing less work).nnCrew of two men (Coleton and Manny) arrived around 8:45 A.M. (2 days ahead of schedule which was great!). They were extremely polite and professional. Got right to work with pruning, trimming and tree removal(clean up was above and beyond what was expected). Did an exceptional/thorough job and demonstrated the utmost care with the surrounding plants and structures. I have been impressed with the customer service and quality of work. I would highly recommend Senske Services.
