Storey Marketing managed our pharmacy's website and helped with other marketing projects for around 10 years. I really enjoyed working with Mandy and Josh, but when we ran into issues with our online store the owner Patti was very rude and even yelled at us. There were several issues like this where Patti was rude or disrespectful. I finally decided to part ways and develop my own website after they quoted $250 to update a form and banner for our COVID-19 charity drive - something that should have taken just a few minutes to update. While I was switching the website, they made it really difficult for us and wouldn't provide any support to ensure a smooth transfer process. They are good to work with unless you run into issues, but I can't recommend a company where the owner would treat customers with such disrespect.

We had Storey Marketing do our website and we have used various marketing materials over the years and they have done an AWESOME job! They are very professional and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them!

I highly do not recommend this company to anyone only because of the customer service of the owner Patricia. Amanda is nice and helpful but Patricia has ego issues and is very belittling. I will spread the words to my friends and clients. This is my personal opinion.

You'll notice one honest review about Patricia Storey and her company. She's extraordinarily difficult to get along with and arrogant. That person was right on the mark. In our dealings with her we never got straight answers and suspicious about the work being done (or claimed to having been done). Do you see those 5-star reviews which all happen to be from March 2017? Surprise, surprise! Those are all employees of Storey Marketing. Apparently their motto is when the truth hurts, cover it with lies.
