Subway

Subway's motto is it fresh... Described as "food being prepared to customer specifications" ... this was not true, I was ready to pay double for my salad so that I could get double the amount, I was told I would be charged double but I was only given what would be allowed for 1 sandwich worth.. 6 Tomatoes, 6 cucumbers.. Hardly a bargain since I was going to pay double.. needless to say the teenager was far from accommodating, she proceeded to call the manager. The manager said everything I wanted to hear. However when the conversation over the phone was over, the employee did the total opposite ... Therefore losing my business, as well as the entire prepped order which included sandwich as well... The salad is extremely skimpy. For a 12$+ price . "Sub-standard service".👎🏽👎🏽

I believe Subway may be as good as it was 30yrs ago. To many whiny people ruined it.

more expensive than other subways! Should be illegal how much they mark up the price because it's at a hospital.

Very pleased with my food! Very convenient place when you are staying all day and night! Sandwich was amazing everything was super fresh my cashier/sandwich maker was very polite and respectful! Much appreciated when dealing with patients and or families of patients! Thank you subway keep up the great work!

Good service. Good food. However, it was hotter than blue blazes of the store. I felt so badly for the employees. It must have been 85-90 in the store. We customers could suffer for a few minutes as we gulped down our food. But the employees were really suffering as they could not leave. Inexcusable of the manager to leave and allow this to happen. Fortunately, the employees I encountered still had great customer service. The manager is lucky to have them.
