They offer way under spot value and try to take advantage of you. The guy up the street paid much more then they offered. Take your gold and silver to Arcus Brothers. He paid triple what they offered.

I paid $1,500 for a diamond ring and they offered me 52.50it I paid $1,400 for a diamond and emerald ring and they offered me again 52.50 I have a tanzanite diamond that has 7 tanzanite diamonds in it each one is worth $700 to replace and they offered me $23 for it this place is a total rip-off
