Mattress Warehouse of Bloomsburg

Mattress Warehouse is one of Buckhorn's two dedicated mattress stores. It's located in a strip at the Buckhorn Plaza with several other businesses and has plenty of parking. I've needed a new mattress and finally decided to pull the trigger and get it done. My goal was to arrive early on a Saturday and do this, but the store was surprisingly busy with several other customers and one sales person, Jason. Jason did move things along briskly, but answered all questions thoroughly.nnThere are sanitary protections for all the beds you try, including on the test pillow. The first step they take is putting you on a computerized bed to read your body type and sleeping position. The computer give several mattress suggestions including options with more reinforcement, for huskier people such as myself. After trying about four mattresses, came up with a clear winner. Most of the test mattresses in the store are queen sized, but they offer models in all major sizes.nnThey do have various accessories available should you need them. I found the mattress price to be fair and the charge for disposal of my old mattress to be reasonable. Mattress Warehouse will robocall you the evening before delivery with a three hour window, and they arrived only an hour into it. The gentleman who delivered my mattress were fast and professional.nnOverall, for a major purchase, the experience was rather painless and easy.

Jason was very professional and helpful. Their mattress selection was excellent and we felt zero pressure to purchase anything. Needless to say that we bought our new mattress that evening and we’re very happy with our choice.

Just with my experience, Kane who sold us our mattress is awesome! Very knowledgeable will explain and give you insight that most people either don't know about or even to ask. Very kind and friendly and I would not hesitate to do business with him again!

Was very happy with the customer service. Jason made sure to go over any detail that we needed to know. He made us feel like he was more concerned with answering our questions and making sure we were informed even if he didn’t get a sale. We went in just too look but after dealing with Jason we didn’t leave without a mattress. I will not go to any other place for bedding. It was very nice to buy from a salesman that truly loves what he does, not just the money. I hope nothing but the best for this man. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

We had a great experience with both salesmen we met. The first night we met Jason who was very friendly and gave us a great price. We didn’t buy that night because we had to measure for the right base height. He told us he would honor the price if we came back the next day. We came back after we made our decision. Jason was not working but Les was. Les is very friendly. He explained how the mattress was made and all the technology. He called the manager to offer us the same price and deal Jason did with no hassle. On either visit I did not feel pressured or pushed to purchase. The store is also clean which I appreciate when laying on mattresses that other people were also laying on. I would recommend the Bloom store to anyone.
