This store was amazing. The shelves were immaculate. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience!!
Wish they had more variety, but the staff is very helpful.
Good for my annual winter clothes shopping.
The clothes are nice enough, and usually well made, but they are way overpriced unless you have a huge discount. The employees are nice and fairly helpful, and the store is well organized, though.
While shopping today around 4pm my sister and I experienced the worst customer service at this store location. A gentleman near me asked a worker for help with an online purchase to which the young man employee rudely responded “I’m off,” without redirecting the man to someone who could help him. My own experience wasn’t any better. I was purchasing a jumpsuit and above the jumpsuits was a 45% off sign so when it was rung up as full price I asked, “is the jumpsuit not on sale?” To which the young lady replied in a sarcastic/aggressive tone, “it clearly isn’t on sale because it rung up full price. Do you want it or not?” Then she proceeded to DROP my clothes on the floor not once but twice, laughed and then started gossiping to someone on earphones. The employees kept talking on their walkie talkies and at one point someone responded “I’m in the bathroom what do you want?” So loudly that everyone in line could hear it. I was so happy to get out of the store but only to find that when the young lady dropped my jumpsuit on the floor, the tie that goes around it must have fallen off. I will be back for a tie tomorrow and hopefully get to talk to a manager. I have never written a review but I felt so compelled to because I had never experienced such poor customer service in my life.
