The most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Came back here to replace my pair that I wore for the last two years. As someone who normally goes through 3+ pairs of flip flops in a single summer, I think that says something.
Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I love to shop here
We spent 20 minutes in the car to get here at 8:00. The store was locked, with the lights on, and no employees in sight. Returned at 8:55. Rhe employee locked the door as we were approaching. Store closes at 9. Will not return.
Beware!!nFlip Flop shops in King of Prussia Mall will NOT take back an item for refund or store credit if the item is clearance or markdown. This is bad policy if you are buying for a gift that may need to be exchanged if the item is simply the wrong size.
