The service was nice. I felt welcomed and sales assistant helped me to choose between couple items I picked.

I came here a couple days ago to look for a Valentine’s Day gift for my wife. This was first experience in the store as an consumer. Normally, I would go with my father and just browse as he makes his purchase. As a consumer, I received a completely different customer service than he did. For an example, the sales rep introduced themselves to him. I did not know who was helping me by name. Secondly, they were trying to help my father pick out a good gift for his wife. I did not get the same treatment. The sales rep told me that, “It goes by style not popularity”, when I asked what are you most popular necklaces and bracelets. As a secret shopper, I had the worst experience here compared to NY. The purpose of my visit was to experience customer service(by spending amount in other words you spend big you get better service), attention to detail(I had to return twice for a bracelet that I did not request and given the wrong size despite my request for another size), and overall experience. I hope your store will provide a better customer experience going forward. I wish you the best and let’s do some better coaching managers.

Always nice things

They’re only let one person in at a time and if that person taking one person at a time and if that person be in there for 4 hours that’s how long you have to wait this is really ridiculous
