This was my first purchase at Bulgari everand I have to say that the boutique in KOP was just such a pleasure to shop at, Merissa was just a delight to work with and I could not be happier with my new ring addition.

I don’t live near a bulgari retail outlet so I came here to get my new octo finissimo chronograph gmt sized. I was told they couldn’t do it unless I left it for 24 hours. Makes no sense. What if I were to have bought a watch right then, would it not get sized. Terrible customer service considering the cost of the watch.
