Do Not buy gift cards from here! They wouldn’t honor my gift card during a sale even though the gift card was paid for in cash. Poor customer service from the manager as well. I had my diamond reset twice because it was coming loose and he had the nerve to ask me what I did for a living as if it was my fault the prongs were poorly made. The second time they reset it much lower and it really took away from the beauty of the diamond. When I asked why it was set lower they denied it, I look at my diamond everyday, I know it was set lower.

My wife and myself came in here searching for a Cuban link necklace. I was shopping between two stores trying to get the best price. I also was looking for a 24 inch cuban link necklace, well the customer service experience here was phenomenal the owner and one of the other colleagues that work there treated me and my wife with dignity and respect. I not only walked out of there with a 24 inch Cuban link, But upgraded to a 28in for the same price. I love my new necklace. I will recommend My friends my family and all my coworkers to this place thank you for the amazing experience and the great deal. By the way I also got to see the owners long hair it looks great! They have a lady singing at the storefront every Saturday without a mask (indoors). So dangerous and irresponsible.
