I went here to get a gift for my niece and at first the sales lady was giving me that oh to familiar feeling. The one where they judge you before you had a chance to say hello. It was not until after my purchase that her demeanor changed. This was my first time going to Alex and Ani. Although, the jewelry is beautiful, I do not want to feel like this after I made a purchase.

With so many different choices it was overwhelming to say the least; but every young lady in that store took time out to help me choose the right bracelet. They joked, laughed, and were super down to earth even helping me. They made my experience so much easier.
