Ann Taylor

This place is awful. I am an avid Ann Taylor shopper and wear their clothes daily. I don’t usually shop at this store but was in the area yesterday. They are so snobby in there... it’s ANN TAYLOR people. Not ONE person asked if they could help me and I was in there for an hour. They act like they’re too good to help anyone. My sons came in while I was in the fitting room and they followed them around the store like they were going to steal something. The people who work here need to be brought down a notch. Last time I’ll shop there.

I had a great experience here!!! The sale was really good , I got some great things! Also I had help from a young gal name Bri. She was really really good with helping me with size, and finding the right fit! I LOVED her!! I will definitely recommend her, she was PERFECT!! They didn’t have a size she called a different store and have them hold them for me. Bri is phenomenal

They’ll order the size you’re looking for and it’ll take 5 business days and cost you $15 dollars. Many items on the hangers look wrinkled and worn. Some are missing the tags to tell you what the style is. No one helped helped me while in the dressing room or offered to take the $400 worth of merchandise into the room and just watched me struggle as they hung out. Most dressing rooms don’t close without leaving a foot wide gap, so I had to keep trying to move a heavy curtain which ultimately hurt my back and ruined my day. Had to go to Ardmore to find the pants I was looking for.

Really cute clothes that you can get a great deal on when they have sales. The salespeople are very helpful, especially with checking in on you while you’re in the changing rooms and getting alternate sizes/styles. Only con was some of the staff were a little bit pushy with opening an Ann Taylor credit card. Overall though a great store!

Helpful friendly women who went out of their way making suggestions.
