I normally don’t post, but I felt very rushed when I visited the store and it was not busy. I am a frequent shopper and it was the worse experience I had at any of their stores.

I don’t normally call out stores that make me mad, but I am going to this time. I went into the White House Black Market location in King of Prussia, because I had a birthday month discount and we didn’t go into the one in Rehoboth yesterday. After making nearly a full lap of the store and being ignored, the woman who finally spoke to us, after VERY obviously looking me up and down, said “Have you ever shopped with us before? What size are you? We only carry our plus sizes online.” I paused, because I am really sensitive about that stuff and wasn’t sure if I was overreacting. However, when my very easy going husband puts clothes back on the rack and says we are getting the hell out of there, I go. And I will never ever return.

I was a fish out of water having to shop for my first business/professional outfit(s). WHBM was the first store we wandered into and Becca set right to work, finding just stacks of things that were perfect looked so good! I never thought I could look so much the part and still be as comfortable in the clothes as I was. It turned what I expected to be whole day of fruitless, frustrating shopping into something that was ultimately fun! And the prices were very reasonable as well! Thank you so much for a fantastic experience all around!

They have nice style of dress and I buy two nice tops there. Helpful staff and very friendly manager
