Helzberg Diamonds

Helzberg is a good store but I'm giving this one three stars because their staff was rude and disinterested. Now maybe not all staff are like that, but the two folks I was dealing with were.

Helzberg is one of those jewelry stores that you build a relationship with a salesman since there's pretty low turnover. Unfortunately, my preferred location closed so I had to come here for routine cleaning. I was expecting the sales pitch but there wasn't. It was a pleasant experience and I'll be back.

Mary Jane was excellent. She helped calm our nerves of looking at rings and was very informative. I really appreciated her time and patience. Very knowledgeable

Love the diamond ring selections....

My husband purchased my engagement ring and then my wedding band from here and they are amazing! Everyone we have worked with was always so friendly and helpful. Absolutley love how my rings look together and they are perfect.
