Forever 21

About two weekends ago I walked into the store and immediately saw a sales associate with a oversized Patel and neon colored shirt folding clothes. I was excited to ask her where she had got her shirt from and she lead me straight to it with no issues. When I found out about the store gift cards not working properly I immediately asked for a manager. One of my coworkers gave me a lot of gift cards as a gift and I immediately asked is there anything I could do. Maurice the manager was very calm when I spoke with him. I was frustrated due to that Saturday being my day off and he suggested pick out your items and let’s just see what we can do. You may have to come back and I explained that it was fine as long as I was able to pick up the items. When I got to the register the gift card worked and Aqwanna and Faye the cashiers were very helpful and eager to help with patience. The manager Maurice was very effective at doing his job as well. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

I love forever 21, their things are always cute

I bought a dress and as always I asked if I could return, the answer was yes. It didn't fit, I went back to the store and I was told that I couldn't return. Also, the dress had a red mark on its tag which should make it cheaper, surprise! When I got home I saw I paid the regular price. Forever never again! It is always so disorganized, clothes that are in sale are together with clothes that are not, you never know.

They wouldn't let me buy a dress because it was on the mannequin. It was the only dress left.
