COACH

So coach is one of my favorite places. I do really enjoy the resurgence of the iconic brand. The leather work is fine and there are some great pieces. A good mid tier luxury offering to help with your high low mixes. This particular location is fairly well stocked and a pleasure to shop in.

Excellent layout, everything is pretty clear. If you aren't looking to pay full price the selection in the clearance section is pretty decent, and sometimes half off!! Had excellent service, the purchasing process could be sped up a bit as that seemed to take a little bit, but hey when you're at the mall that is always expected.

This was my first time visiting King of Prussia and I'm a loyal Coach customer so was obviously excited to visit this store. We walked in and the woman working yelled at us to use their hand sanitizer. She then preceded to follow us as we walked around the store. Did she think we were going to steal? Will never go back. Shame on them for making people feel unworthy of being in their store.

Loren and Jessica at the King of Prussia store were awesome to work with. Great experience. Definitely a return customer.

I have been eying a certain bag for months. It was displayed in the window, I walked in and was immediately greeted by Daryl, who was friendly, helpful and passionate about the brand. My bag was missing the dust cover which Daryl took care of right away. Life long Coach customer and Daryl is my new connect!
