FAST-FIX Jewelry and Watch Repairs

Outstanding customer service. I highley recommend. I have a ring from a very high priced jewelry store... They wanted half of what I paid for the ring to repair it. Shane and friends were much less expensive and much more hospitable. I then took several of my others pieces over to them and can't wait to see the end result. Remember just because you purchased something from a high end jewelry store does not mean you have to take it back for repairs, unless there is a warranty. Don't walk run here to have your precious items well taken care of.

The amazing staff restored/repaired my vintage wind up watch that belonged to my great grandmother. It turned out so wonderfully! The quality of the repair, the professionalism of the staff, and the care they put into their work is beyond anything I could’ve imagined and I wanted to cry from happiness when I saw my repaired watch. I would recommend this place to everyone! They do the best work hands down. I brought in my picture pendant that I got done at another jewelry and they left it horrible!!! I took it to Fast Fix and in 2 days they made it look perfect! Polished, fixed bail this place is just amazing.

I took my Michele watch to the store where I purchased it to see if they could replace the battery. The clerk said they would have to “send it out” and it would take 6-8 weeks. She also said she could give me a 10% discount if I wanted to take my watch to FastFix. Michelle at FastFix couldn’t have been nicer - and I had my watch back in 30 minutes with a new battery. I also purchased the 5-year warranty, which also gets me a new battery every year. Great service. Reasonable prices. A+
