Terrible customer service. The store was empty of customers with three employees at the counter. When I walked in, they looked at me but didn't acknowledge me. Two went off in different directions when I approached the counter and the one closest to me just kept staring at the counter. I wasn't acknowledged until I vocally asked for assistance. And that assistance was extremely rude, treated me like an inconvenience and acted like I couldn't leave fast enough. My husband has purchased me a lot of jewelry from Zales over the years but we will definitely not be purchasing from them again.

Best place ever and reasonable prices

The staff is good, but I am disappointed in quality..I spent a good dollar on these 1/2 Caret each diamond hoops, don’t wear them often at all and had a diamond come out already. Plus, I purchased a 24k gold chain that can be manipulated into a “Y” shape and it has a tiny heart charm. It is so adorable, BUT the class on it is too open and it has fallen off multiple times. I am so lucky I found it each time but now I’m afraid to wear it. It looks beautiful. The quality is below poor though. I don’t ever want to buy anything from here ever again because of the money I’ve spent for itnThe merchandise to come apart and/or break. I don’t even wear it that much ether.
