Excellent place to shop for anything flooring. Great customer service and excellent installation!
I found out from a previous customer they will restretch your carpet if necessary for no charge. Upon contacting them for this service I was told I should have contacted them during the 1st year of my purchase. I was never given this info upon my purchase and install by them. They seemed to feel it was my fault they weren't contacted sooner. They offered to restretch my carpet for $75.00 and I would have to remove all my furniture from the room. What a way to do business.
Very unprofessional installer. While my carpet looks great, Terry is not someone I'd recommend. If he doesn't like customers asking questions about 1200.00$ in carpet that's going into their home, he shouldn't be an installer. The run around I received on having my carpet be laid (after the carpet was purchased) was unbelievable, not to mention how ignorant he was. We won't be back
Hometown Flooring was great to work with. Kristen was a rockstar and super helpful! Terry and DJ did a fantastic job installing our new flooring. We will definitely be going back to them to finish the rest of our homes flooring.
They were so awesome we needed carpet in a hurry they hooked us up, in days we are getting it installed. Great prices and super friendly staff!
