Ordered a huge balloon bouquet with two forty inch numbers. Called on a thursday needed them friday. Was told they would definitely be all done by noon. Showed up and nothing was ready🤨 No apology! Just told me that she needed twenty minutes to have them ready!! Wow Then I get my order and nothing was right ...... So frustrating! Get them home and the numbers weren't even filled up all the way!! Wont go back sadly 😑

I was told they would be there at 10:30 am for me to pick up balloons and they never showed up until 11:10am . I was then way over charged for for the balloons I received. I will not be going back for anything there again.

Fun downtown store! Currently the place to go for Christmas decor.

Was on a very limited schedule and went by and they were closed. Sign says they open at 11:30. They were not. Waited for 10 minutes and no one ever opened the store.
