had an oppointment, and arrived late do to travel delays. Irrived 37 minutes late, and was called within 4 min. Yup, thats right, 4MIN.. Super polite receptionist, very professional. The nurse was super professional and polite. The Dr. was super professional, and answered all our questions with ease. The visit went quickly and smoothly, and we were done in 15min.. Clean environment. i would definitely go back.

I just spoke to one of the receptionist by the name of Amanda at this clinic and she was very helpful and polite. However I have spoken to another receptionist previous who was extremely rude and short with me who did alot of sighing at my questions. But worth it to have April Biggs as my doctor!

Receptionists such as Veronica, are very unprofessional at the Grandview Medical Center. They share and expose confidential patient information. I do not feel comfortable.
