My cat had a lump, they saw her immediately. Advised she was terminal, supported me throughout her illness, guiding me as I determined if she was “ready” or just having an off day. I am amazed with this group as I only visited once, yet they followed up, returned all calls with a vet, and helped me understand it was time, without trying to garner more visits and treatments. I worked with 3 different vets ( that I know off), and each was more helpful and compassionate then the next. They are great people only out for the animal’s welfare.nnUpdate 11/30/2020nBack today with my new tripod rescue dog. H & P staff were phenomenal in handling him, took my concerns to heart and actually carried him in! Doc did physical, discussed all concerns, options going forward. Doc also was the one who brought Fitz back out to me and stood at door on poring rain talking to me.nLOVE THIS PLACE

I have been using Heart + Paw’s veterinary and grooming services for my dog. It has been such a great experience so far! They are very professional and caring. I love that they have set up a schedule and reminders for all my dog’s preventative care. They have patiently answered all my questions and call to check in on my dog when she’s sick. She is pampered during her grooming sessions. Highly recommend Heart + Paw

Took my 8 month old Samoyed male (Frosty) to get a undercoat blowout and just a bath/brush combo thing. They did a really good job and he smells great and is super soft again. I went somewhere else and my dog wouldn’t look at me for a day and was super sad, but when I picked him up from heart+paw he was super happy just like when I dropped him off. Just based on his reaction I could tell he was well taken care of. Price is kinda upscale, but they did a fantastic job and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and will be taking my dog back here in the future.

We had the most wonderful visit with heart +paw! We are new to King of Prussia. We saw their magnet on our new fridge when we moved in and immediately started to read about the company, employees, and the veterinarians. We called to ask about costs and the availability of a same day appointment. The costs were very reasonable and Ashley advised what paperwork to bring and the Covid instructions. We received our appointment confirmations for each cat (3). As we drove up for curbside pickup, our team came out to swiftly get the cats. Heart + paw called us advised us of the services rendered and explained each cats demeanor. Our invoice was texted to us for review and we paid. Next we drove back over for pickup and our team appeared to deliver all three cats safely to us. Bradley came out to explain both by phone and in person about one our cats. This was an awesome experience. We will certainly be back and we will be so excited to see the amazing facility described on the website. We are calling back to see how we can tip for today's service! We highly recommend Heart +Paw. We would give them five ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f

As always, the staff were wonderful. They are always on top of my dogs health schedule and provide frequent reminders which is helpful for busy people like us. Very smooth transition from regular business operation to pandemic precautions. Strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.
