In late July I walked into the store and introduced myself to Robert (“Bobby”) and expressed interest in several Rolex models. At the time, Bobby didn’t have what I was looking for in stock.nnThe watches are difficult to come by, and factory distribution was further complicated by the global health crisis. Upon leaving the store, Bobby promised he’d keep me in mind and would call me as soon as he had something to offer me.nnFast forward to October. Bobby called me and, while he didn’t have one of my top 2 choices, he did offer me a watch he thought I would like. The problem was I didn’t like it - I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. Bobby’s no pressure approach and deep product knowledge of the Rolex product line made me very comfortable and confident in building a relationship with him and Benari.nnWhile at the store, Bobby gave me plenty of time to try on the watch and answer all of my questions. I also want to note that I arrived at the store ~30 minutes before closing. I didn’t leave with the watch until after close, and at no time did I feel any pressure to make a purchase decision.nnThe watch is amazing. Bobby is fantastic. And I’m so happy to have found a store that is so intensely focused on client experience. I’m looking forward to working with Bobby on future purchases.

My first experience at Benari? Welcoming, knowledgeable and well accommodating. I purchased my first automatic watch and needed the bracelet to fitted. I reached out via their text service to ask how much it would be to have my bracelet fitted. I received a prompt response from David through phone AND text! The best part? It was entirely complementary.nnI thought, “well, I didn’t purchase the watch from Benari... wouldn’t that cost something?” I was still surprised to hear no!nnI was in and out in a matter of 15 minutes. Even with the pandemic in place, the service was superior than anywhere else I’ve been before. Don’t let your age hold you back from visiting this jeweler either! What a great experience. Was greeted by Bobby who turned out to be the manager and he could not have been more helpful. Very pleased to hear that they are a family owned business as well. Will definitely be back.

I would highly recommend Benari jewelers to anyone searching for engagement and/or wedding rings. They are extremely friendly and have great customer service. They have always fulfilled orders and completed services faster than anticipated. Karen has been a pleasure to work with and has helped us pick out beautiful rings.

Robert the manager is a true professional. I have purchased a watch prior from Benari. I was looking for a specific type this time which is not currently available. Robert did offer an alternative option which was very helpful. But I am planning on waiting until next year when the piece I want will come in the next year. I am confident that Robert will keep me in mind as he is true professional!!
