Excellent service from Mike Chapman, who worked diligently to handle the sensitive needs of my mother in a senior living facility. Mike was understanding that changing anything in the home of a senior is not easy, and he arranged for a convenient delivery date. He even called back to make sure everything went well with the online payment transaction. We are very satisfied with this experience.
I was in need of a mattress in the near future and after falling through with another company I decided to call mattress firm in Wayne. I had the pleasure of speaking with Matthew who in 15 minutes had me set to go with the mattress of my choice and the delivery date that I needed! Mistook this location for a different store in my original post... with that being said, the process of finding a mattress over the phone and organizing delivery was seamless and as easy as it gets. Jack was super helpful and helped me organize my order as quick as possible so it could be delivered next day. Thank you to all who helped!
