Ordering online was quick and easy. I accidentally gave the wrong delivery address, and the delivery person patiently called me 5 times to help sort out the address, and waited around the block until I could get the right address. Even though I messed up, the delivery person was so friendly and thanked me for my business!
SO DELICIOUS!! They’re so friendly and nice! The fruit was fresh and delicious, and they delivered so fast! I recommend the cheesecake bites!
Customer service was above and beyond! I wanted to send my daughter something for her 21st birthday, since she couldn't come home. I ended up needing to reschedule delivery and there were several phone calls before she actually received the gift. The people were so accommodating, and never let me feel I was a large pain to them! My daughter loved the cheesecakes! Definitely will go here again!
Got there at 6 to pick up some treats for my dads birthday, they're supposed to close at 7 but they weren't open. Lame.
I would NEVER use this location again! They deliver on the WRONG day you put on your order. Then when you call about it - they will tell you need to speak to the owner who will NEVER Call you back (and you will need to follow up about 10 times). Then they will NOT do anything to make it right. They want to offer free fruit! I settled for my delivery fee being credited to my credit card. That was FINALLY on 7/2.. I STILL on 7/15 have NOT received the credit! HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES! WILL NEVER USE again! BEWARE!
