Was given a beautiful necklace & earring for Christmas with lifetime cleaning. It states on paperwork to have it with you when you take it in. Well since covid I was well overdue & happened to see Kay jewlers while shopping. Figured can't hurt to try & no questions asked they took my stuff & cleaned. Had a chance to browse & my love bought this to match. Impeccable service & products.

I originally did not have the best experience here dealing with my engagement ring in 2016 (which was eventually taken care of) but we decided to go back for my wedding band last month. I just want to say how amazing all of the ladies working here were- especially Kimberly! She helped every single time we came in and was always so pleasant.
