Let's just say I've had multiple reasons to visit over the years . All of which I have gotten excellent care. The last time being a patient was a big one. I had suffered a stroke and after a stint in a acute hospital and then to a Rehab hospital, I was ready for outpatient therapy. With the help of the most knowledgeable, caring and professional staff I was able to make a full recovery and actually enjoyed the work it took to get better,They make it fun to do the work that's required. My therapist Jordan was excellent and explained everything as we went along. Everyone in the practice is approachable for any concerns or questions. The whole staff, Jordan, Lauren, Sally, Denise, Jason and Bobbie are a credit to the profession! My goal was to be able to run again post stroke and with the help of these dedicated professionals and lots ofnwork I am able to do so and its a good feeling to look back at where you were and where you are currently. The only direction is up! If you have read this far, Thank you. You will not regret going to Mishock PT! They rock!!!

No problems with the staff, they are very nice. The receptionist on the other hand is the most rude person I have ever met in my life. Cocky, arrogant, and since when does someone not even affiliated with your rehab have the authority to threaten your disability benefits if you happen to miss an appointment? It's all about the money they have to keep a full day of appointments so they can make the most money possible. I would never go back as long as that person is working there and would not recommend anyone else using this place. When a place cares more about the money they receive from your insurance as opposed to how your rehab is coming along. Then that person should not be working in this field.

I have been dealing with the pain of Plantar Fasciitis in both feet for a long time. I’ve been to other PT places and it didn’t help at all. I started researching a technique called A.R.T. and according to the reviews, a lot of people found relief this way. So then I found out that Mishock practiced that technique and immediately made an appointment. I am sooooo happy that I did. Everyone at the Phoenixville location is super nice. It doesn’t matter which therapist you see. They’re all great. The best part of all is that during my first 30 days of PT with them, I felt more relief each week. I still have a ways to go because my feet were in bad shape, but I am confident that with continued therapy, my feet will feel better very soon. It’s been a long time coming and I can’t begin to express how thankful I am for all of the help that I have received while in their care. I highly recommend Mishock PT. You will not regret it. I promise.

I highly recommend Sally Caldwell who oversees the Phoenixville location. Extremely knowledgeable and quite caring.

Experience was great!!!....very professional and personal, from the front desk to the therapists, you are not just a number there, they truly care about getting you back to your normal self.....Sally, Jordan, Lauren, Erin,Denise, and everyone else in between, thank you for everything!!!
