Had 2 books on Hold, checked Google and hours for Monday were 1- 4 pm. I arrived at the Library a little after 1pm as an Employee was locking the front door...she pointed to hours in print on the door- totally different from Google. I several came back at 2 pm but phoned first and was told my hold would be waiting downstairs. I parked, stood in line...no one at door. I called and an employee named Denise told me my name was called several times and I wasn't there, she was very rude in the way she spoke....i was standing in line and my name was Not called. I've worked in Customer Service & Retail and this was no way to speak to a person. A nice employee came down and gave me my books...she told me the person answering the phones name.

Beautiful building, make sure to visit the main and side rooms to see the older side of the building. If looking to use for printing facilities, there are only a few computers and one that hooks up to printer, not the easiest. Also bring a card as machine accepts no cash. Very friendly staff!

I never have anything bad to say about my favorite place in the world- libraries! The charm of this library is it's old world feel in its main reading area.

My overall review is fantastic. I find 99% of the employees to be courteous and helpful. My kids are 11 & 6 so we utilize the children’s library and all the programs they offer, especially in summer. I am so grateful for the Summer reading program for different age groups, my kids love to read & be rewarded for it with raffle tickets & free media rentals. The woman who runs the children’s library is always so pleasant and nice to everyone. The adult library never fails to have what I need and more than enough great recreational reads.
